We will arrange a meeting to discuss the site and ensure that we have all the information required to set up the documentation. We will discuss any management requirements and provide advice on any issues.
We will arrange for the plans and transfers and/or leases to be submitted to the Land Registry for approval. We will prepare a site-specific information sheet and document pack, which we will send to each plot purchaser's conveyancer together with the contract documentation.
We regularly chase buyers' solicitors to ensure that exchange of contracts takes place by the exchange deadline, and will provide regular updates to you.
